You might currently have only one or two design requests, and that's where the option to pause your subscription becomes advantageous. Our billing cycles are structured on a 31-day period. For instance, if you subscribe and utilize the service for 20 days but then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be put on hold for the following month. You can resume this subscription at any point and start with a new request.

With the monthly subscription option, you have the flexibility to pause your subscription once the work is completed. However, please note that once the work has commenced in a given month, pausing the subscription for that same month is not possible. In such cases, you would need to pause the subscription for the following month.

After establishing the onboarding process, we will guide you through and keep you informed about the project's progress using a Notion board. Utilize Notion to effectively manage your design board, effortlessly viewing active, queued, and completed tasks in one place.
